Revolutionary Anaemia Relief for CKD Cats

Varenzin™-CA1 (Molidustat oral suspension) is the first and only FDA-conditionally approved oral treatment for non-regenerative anemia in cats with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This fish-flavoured, once-daily suspension stimulates your cat's body to produce its own erythropoietin (EPO), boosting red blood cell production without the need for injections. Give your feline companion renewed energy and vitality-30-65% of CKD cats face anaemia, but Varenzin™-CA1 sets a new standard of care.

Effectiveness

Clinically proven to increase hematocrit (HCT) and packed cell volume (PCV) levels in cats with CKD-related anaemia, often showing results within 14 days. It provides a reasonable expectation of efficacy with minimal intervention, helping combat the fatigue, weight loss, and lethargy associated with this progressive condition.

Usage

For oral use in cats only. Administer directly into the mouth using the provided syringe-do not mix with food. Shake well before each use. Store at room temperature (68°-77°F). Requires a veterinarian's prescription; baseline blood work recommended before starting.

Dosage

2.3 mg/lb (5 mg/kg) body weight once daily for up to 28 days. Use the enclosed syringe for accurate dosing (not suitable for cats under 3.4 lbs). After 28 days, pause for at least 7 days, then monitor HCT/PCV levels to restart if needed. Weekly monitoring starting around day 14 is advised during treatment.

Side Effects

Generally well-tolerated with minimal effects. Possible risks include polycythemia (elevated HCT/PCV-discontinue if exceeds reference range), vomiting, or diarrheas. Use caution in cats with seizure history or thromboembolic risks. Not for pregnant, lactating, breeding cats, or those hypersensitive to molidustat. Keep out of children's reach; seek medical advice if accidentally ingested. Consult your vet for full details.
